A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has pledged to the renovation campaign so far! Due to the generosity of members, neighbors, and the broader community we exceeded our April 1st pledge match goal, raising an incredible $1,227,036 in just six weeks. That means we fully secured the $1 million match opportunity, bringing us to over $2.2 million raised toward our much-needed pool and poolhouse renovation! Go PC!

We’re making great progress, but the next 90 days are crucial to keeping the project on track. Here’s what’s next and how you can help:

Key Fundraising Milestones

By July 1: We need to raise an additional $3M to fund the new poolhouse (a total of $5.9 million raised).


Why it matters: Although this portion of the project requires less lead time with our partners, this is our 'go or no go' decision date for a pool house to be included in the same construction period vs deferred to a later year.
